Open Chat in the app and sign in to send a message or read replies. Include the form number, app version and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment card details. Only share sensitive form information when it is necessary for your request.

Attorney contact requests

Choose your form in the app and select the attorney request option. Submitting a request is free. Review the contact details and question, then give the separate sharing consent before sending. The FillOut owner manually forwards authorized requests to independent attorneys; they may contact you directly. Sending a request does not book an appointment or guarantee a reply.

Account and sign-in help

Use the email address associated with your FillOut account. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery option in the app and check your email, including spam. Verification and recovery messages come from no-reply@auth.fillout.net; this is an automated sender, not a support inbox.

Purchase or access help

Sign in to the same FillOut account used for the purchase. Open the same application and use the payment check or restore-access option before trying to buy again. One purchase applies to one application; reopening that application does not require a second charge. Restoring access does not restore locally stored answers lost after clearing storage or reinstalling.

For a refund of an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple Report a Problem. Apple decides whether the purchase is eligible. Read Apple’s refund instructions.

Documents, privacy and deletion

Editable drafts stay on the device where you created them. PDFs and answer snapshots are sent to the team only when you submit them for review. Use Account → Delete account to remove your account and active submitted information; exported copies, other devices and certain payment or provider records are separate. Read the Privacy Policy for the limits and use Chat for privacy questions.

Government and legal questions

FillOut cannot give a government case status, extend a filing deadline or promise an immigration outcome. Use uscis.gov for official instructions and government services. For legal advice, contact a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.
